Roxio Drag-to-Disc was available with Easy Media Creator 9, but now I purchased and installed Easy Media Creator 10 and I cannot find the application. It is in the suite or do I need to install it separately?

No, the program is not packaged with Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 and it is not available as a standalone application. Unfortunately, the developer ceased the Drag-to-Disc development and the utility is no longer available.
